Dear Esteemed Members,

Please be informed that effective 1 January 2026:

• Physical membership cards will no longer be issued.
• Members are required to use the Digital Membership Card via the QiSoft@Club application as the official membership card.
• The Digital Membership Card must be accessed through the application.
• Existing physical membership cards that are still valid will continue to be accepted.
• There will be no renewal of expired physical membership cards.

Members are advised to download the QiSoft@Club application to access their Digital Membership Card.
